We encourage all adults to wear whatever they feel most comfortable moving in. This might be a traditional ballet outfit such as a leotard and tights, or something more casual like leggings and a leotard, leggings and a t-shirt, or other comfortable fitness clothing.
There is no strict dress code for our adult classes – the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and able to move freely. Once you are enrolled, we do recommend wearing ballet shoes, as they provide the best support.
