At Farnborough Academy of Ballet, we are committed to providing high-quality dance education while ensuring a clear, fair, and transparent booking and cancellation process in line with UK consumer protection regulations.

Booking Terms

All classes, workshops, and events must be booked in advance via our official booking system, website, or by contacting our team directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. By booking a service with us, you agree to adhere to our policies and terms of participation.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days (1 week) before the scheduled start of the class, workshop, or event to receive a full refund or transfer. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event start time will not automatically qualify for a refund or credit. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

If you need to cancel within 7 days, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a partial refund, credit, or transfer at our discretion. How to Cancel Cancellations must be made in writing by email to hello@farnboroughacademyofballet.co.uk or via our online booking system where applicable.

The time and date of your cancellation request will be based on the timestamp of your email or system submission.
