Our Story
Founded in 2003, Farnborough Academy of Ballet began with a simple belief: that dance has the power to transform lives. We strive to provide the highest quality of dance education to all our students.
We are proud to nurture every dancer - whether they are taking their very first steps or striving for the professional stage.
We proudly follow three prestigious syllabi: the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), and the Acrobatic Arts Programme. They are leaders in dance education and internationally recognised. Our students have the opportunity to participate in examinations and class awards, with all qualifications being recognised nationally on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).
All our teachers are qualified and experienced professionals who are dedicated to ongoing professional development to ensure that we deliver the highest quality of instruction. Our Principal holds her Licentiate with the RAD, one of their most esteemed teaching qualifications available.
